It's A. . .

We couldn't be more excited!! Even if it were a boy we would be so happy!!

We are definately in shock! Not expecting a girl since Kurtis had two dreams that it was a boy.
I guess that means we have a third baby waiting for us in Heaven.

5 Years of Married Bliss

This is us now.

And this is us 5 years ago.....

I am still absolutely head over heals.

I still get those butterflies.

I can't imagine loving Kurtis more.

Day Two!!

Yesterday was Day One!! I didn't get any pictures because he was always going by himself and not telling me he was going. He did have one accident but quickly realized he was peeing and ran to the potty to finish up.

Today is Day Two!! and he decided he wanted to wear his Big Boy Underwear...We had one incident where he went to the potty with his underwear still on so I had to tell him he had to take them off. The next time he told me he needed to go and so I finally got some pictures!!

He was ready! After reading books and watching Elmo's Potty Time he finally got it!

We talked about it alot and finally Monday we ran out of diapers. He definately searched the house for diapers..but he did it! He got 7 stickers yesterday!

And today..first thing he did was go Poo Poo on the Potty!!

He wears Pull Ups to bed..we are no where near close to that but I LOVE not having to change him all throughout the day. We will see how he does in public someday soon.

But as for right now...He is doing GREAT and I couldn't be more Proud!!

No this wasn't my cake..but I liked it so I thought I would post it.

Yep, it was my birthday I am now

25 and can legally RENT a Car!!

I suppose the next birthday to look forward to, or to some fear would be 30. I don't feel old enough to be 25. I still feel like I just turned 21!

And I still can't believe that I will soon be a Mother of 2!!

My wonderful mommy made me Texas Sheet Cake and my favorite meal...
Baby Back Ribs!! I sure my fabulous dad helped. :0)
Its a tradition. Every Oct 1st..Ribs!! She never has to ask but continues to year after year.
One day I think she thinks I will change my mind but her ribs are just so darn good!!


They did put 25 candles on, but I didn't get it in one breath.

I don't know why my expression is that way..I think one of my nieces was telling me that I had 2-3 boyfriends because it took me that many blows. ha ha Thats what I tell them!
