HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

He did such a great job! He was scared a few times but no tears. Only did his cousin really scare him but he got over it. He got the hang of going from house to house but he still wouldn't say anything other than thank you when we were half way down the driveway. Once we hit about 8 houses he said he was done. He ate a bunch of candy and was one happy boy!! Next year will be so much fun!!

A few weekends ago we went to visit Kurtis' mom at one of her Craft Shows for her business.

They had a stand at Octoberfest in Tempe so Kyson was able to partake in some of the fun games they had. Of course he was spoiled and Grandma bought him every glowing toy she could! He just loves them! Well we thought he was still to small for the rides but I was allowd to take him down the slide.

He just LOVED it!! He wanted to go and go and go and go!!

He didn't like being all messy very much. Odd I know. So we did a few pictures and hand prints then headed to the bath. The bath is what he loved the best! I had a hard time getting him out! If if weren't for lunch time he might have been in there for hours!

4 years and counting. . .

Happily Married for 4 Years!!

Its crazy Kurtis and I did the math and we have been together for 8 years! A lot has changed over the years. So many memories, trips, laughs, loss, and love. We have come from being a simple couple to a beautiful family and I am greatful to have him to share my life with.

Year One - First Apartment and finding jobs

Year Two - First House and Kurtis started his own business

Year Three - Kyson was born, Kurtis started working for GLJ and selling Insurance

Year Four - Watching Kyson grow to be a sweet and cute little boy.

It will be fun to see what happens next!

Crafty

I love Halloween but I am all about the cute and crafty not the gross and nasty. My house was in need of some decorations so to save money I came up with my own. Total cost. . . 89 Cents!

First I made these Ghosts. . . I used to make them with tissues but with weather conditions they ruin fast, so this year I used white trash bags and twisty ties. Here is a close up. . .

Next. . . Spiders! I don't know what they are called but I think they were just .89 cents for a pack of like 20. I also made a spider web. . .its small but I hung it up in my window.

Sprinkler Fun

On Saturday my Mom came over with my brothers kids. While they are enjoying there time in Florida my mom is watching there kids. They came over to my house for some fun in the sun. Kyson sure loved having kids to play with! Jehryn LOVED Silvester Stalone to beat up! ha ha Kyson wouldn't go near him alone.

Today I was offically SPOILED! My husband was just so good to me I had to post so he got some brownie points. . .
First I was woken up to. . . Dunkin Donuts in bed! Yum! He drove out and got my favorite kind..Maple Longjohns! Then my present. . .

Yep an Ipod Touch!!!!! I am sooooo EXCITED!

During the day I was lucky enough to spend lunch with my mom, dad, 2 sisters, 2 nephews, and of course Kurtis and Kyson. Then Kirsi and I went shopping at Hobby Lobby and did some damage. LOVE that store by the way. Haven't been?? GO! Well...if you have money to burn! ha ha After that it was naptime for Ky so it was time to go home. Where I was greeted by a Pink Flamingo that my Relief Society was kind enough to put in my lawn. So cute! I also found out that my best friend Meghan is having a BABY GIRL!! Congrats Meg!!!

Onto tonight...my mother in law was kind enough to watch Kyson so that Kurtis could take me to my second well third gift counting the donuts. . . .

We had a 4 course meal but I forgot to get those pictures. It was sooo good!! But not a place for an everyday meal. Definately hope he takes me again.
